"As a psychotherapist for over 27 years, my professional journey has always been personal. The therapeutic relationship, however clinical, has always been of the heart. Each session is a karmic moment, divinely inspired as two souls are called together for the purpose of healing.

In my private practice with individuals, couples and groups, I’ve worked with a wide variety of issues; addictions recovery, incest/early childhood trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, isolation, depression, and more. I was also a Registered Nurse for 13 years, much of that time working in private and public psychiatric hospitals, both in-patient and crisis services.

My personal journey has always informed the work that I do with others. Over the years my psychotherapy practice has evolved to include more energetic and spiritually based modalities. This regression work is powerful, profound and sweet. It often catalyzes and deepens other healing and spiritual practices already in place. It is a joy and a privilege to guide souls to other realms and beyond."
